The "Hinge Match" Serenades
"She asked for a voice memo. I gave her T-Pain. Just pain. Yes, I actually produced this and got she unmatched."
Listen to the Secret TracksTHE ORIGIN STORY
"I started standup comedy in 2022. Then I got blood cancer that collapsed my lung. My boss wanted me to go to work and I had my disability claims denied. I beat it and then I got brain cancer. Then I beat that and still had to go to work on Monday."
Joe Richard Saunders is No One Cares Man:. a comedian, writer, and certified proof that the universe has no sense of dramatic timing. Between 2023 and 2025, he survived a collapsed lung, Stage 4 Lymphoma, and a brain cancer relapse—only to find 147 unread emails and a parking ticket waiting for him when it was all over.
Operating under the moniker "No One Cares, Man," Joe’s comedy points out the absurd bureaucracy of surviving something enormous, only to immediately have to attend to Monday morning meetings at 9AM that should have been an email. A working comic with original pilots heading to festivals across North America, Joe has shared the stage with Mary Beth Barone, Chris Kattan, and Luke Severeid.

HOW TO GET INTO STANDUP COMEDY:
Experience-Based Humor · Travel · 30 min
A standup comedian from Baltimore and DC gives advice to newcomers like Anthony Bourdain except no one cares, man.
INT. JOE'S CAR - PARKING LOT - DAY
JOE RICHARD SAUNDERS (late 20s/early 30s, tired eyes, genuine energy) sits in his parked car. Engine off. Camera on the dashboard. Direct to camera.
JOE
If you're watching this, you're probably thinking about doing standup. Or you just started. Or you've been doing it for a year and you're wondering why you’re not booked where you want.
He glances at Hercules, a corgi. Hercules maintains eye contact. Unblinking.
JOE (CONT'D)
I'm not famous. Everyone has a special. I don't have a special. But I have a day job and four years of doing this 3 to 10 times a week.
COMEDY PILOT
DUNDALKERs
Situational Comedy · Stereotype subversion · 30 min
A neurotic office worker with no friends pays a man to impress his girlfriend's unconventional but loving dads from Dundalk, Maryland.
INT. ARNOLD'S CAR - DAY
ARNOLD (late 20s, wearing a crisp button-up and sweating through the collar) grips the steering wheel tight. His jaw is clenched. He looks like a man driving to his own execution.
Beside him, BETH (late 20s, dressed casually but expensively) scrolls through her phone with the serene energy of someone who has never worried about anything in her life.
Outside the window: a highway sign reads "DUNDALK - 12 MILES."
BETH
Awww, look babe! There's so much concrete!
ARNOLD
(long pause) Yes. That's the road.
